Wish I had read the reviews on here before booking. We had last minute tickets to see oasis and booked this accom as we were travelling from Newcastle. As soon as we entered the room it smelled horrible and damp. We realised that the air con in the lounge room was dripping onto the mat beneath. The mat was drenched. The shower door also fell off. We notified reception and they moved us to a new room which was no better. Filthy, damaged and just gross. Do not stay here!!!

Dirty! There was pee left on the toilet seat, pubic hair in the bathroom, sheets were stained, service is bad, not enough linen or bedding, it was cold and we needed to keep the heat pump on all night, which caused headaches.

Positives: - great location, close to public transport and Westfield - helpful staff - pool and gym available to use (pool indoor but not heated) - secure parking available $18/day - washer/drier in room Negatives: - scuff marks on walls and dust throughout the unit - mould in bathrooms - furniture marked and stained - no screens on windows or sliding door (we stayed on the 24th floor). This would worry me if I had small children - cracks visible on walls in pool area and balcony PHOTOS ON BOOKING WEBSITES DO NOT SHOW THE POOR CONDITIONS AT ALL
