Me and my partner stayed at this inn for the first time over the weekend. We were so excited as it seemed like a lovely place initially. We left the room for 5 hours and came back to our room being made up and clean towels and my purse along with all of my cards and cash stolen. Once we realised my purse was missing we approached reception and were told they were unable to access their cameras without management or the owner and they both refused to attend the inn to assist until the next day. We are from Melbourne and as all of my identification was located in my purse have been unable to return home until I can obtain a replacement temporary ID to use. This has resulted in loss of work for both me and my partner for tomorrow along with having to find further accomodation for this evening. The police are now involved and working to resolve this for us however the inn has not reached out at all or holding any accountability for their cleaning staff. Would strongly recommend against staying here as the staff cannot be trusted not to help themselves to personal belongings . Very very disappointed. Will avoid and spread the word for future potential customers .

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. On a main road but no traffic noise. Cosy room, great bathroom, nice shower. Laundry on site. Beautiful garden in the center of the carpark. And a rotunda for seating and having your morning coffee. Staff were great. The convenience of the pub right next door for dinner. We had a double room with a sofa bed with 2 kids; 5yo and 11mo. We actually had such a great time.

Positives: Lots of on site parking Large rooms Windows in main room area Clean Negatives: Thin walls Room filled with cigarette smoke every time someone nearby would smoke. Suspect coming through the bathroom. Strong buzzing sound all night from the electricity switchboard in the cupboard by the door. Nothing around you, in the middle of industrial area. The cost of a room wasn’t that much cheaper than what family paid on the same night at a large brand name hotel down the road, for a much more comfortable stay and breakfast included.
