Best Western Colonial Motel

As we approached the Colonial, the visual appeal, the tidiness, and freshness welcomed us. Inside and out the reception, the grounds, the rooms, the amenities were sparkling clean. Noyhing untidy. Nothing out of place. The lady in reception was friendly, obliging and accommodating (yes I know). The housekeeper was equally helpful. The rates were excellent. So good they attract a clientele. The other guests made easy conversation. We couldn't fault it. It is worth visiting Richmond just to stay at the Colonial Motel.

I stayed in the Colonial and it was amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help whenever requested. Housekeeping is amazing! Room is clean and done daily. If you have a room atthe front it can benoisy because of the busy road in front of the hotel but nothing a closed bathroom door can'tfix. The bed is just so comfy and the shower amazing! So I really enjoyed my stay at the Colonial. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Friendly staff, convenient location. We had a twin room at the back, which had no traffic noise and was generally quiet overall. Rooms were warm, comfortable and clean, with an excellent shower. We were visiting the Uniting Hawkebury nearby so it was conveniently located. Good value for money. We would come back.
