The Carriages Country House

Quiet, charming and quaint. It is showing age but that’s ok if you don’t mind that. The breakfast is superb!

From the moment we arrived at Carriages we felt spoiled. Our room was beautifully appointed and very quiet. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Carriages Shiraz on the verandah before walking to enjoy our dinner at a nearby restaurant. A beautiful breakfast was delivered to us the next morning. Our hosts couldn’t do enough for us and were so friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend. Sandie and Jerry. X

We spent three nights in the hotel and it was perfect. Tastefully decorated rooms, beautiful veranda, well-kept pool, friendly hosts. We especially liked the many kangaroos on the lawn in front of the house and between the vines.
