I left a long pink coat in my room. I remember very distinctly hanging it up in the cupboard, and then I just forgot it when I left. That's on me. But when I went back, not only were staff incredibly unhelpful - no-one was answering either the calls I made to reception or the emails I sent to guest services, and when I got there in person there was no-one on the desk for half an hour until - but after they told me they didn't have it the reception also attempted to gaslight me. After telling them 'I know I left it here' they looked at me and said, 'You said you're not sure.' I never did. As a former housekeeper and hotel worker, I know staff keep lost property - but only AFTER a significant time has passed. I believe either someone kept it, or it was left in the cupboard and the next guest took it as a bonus. I know nothing will be done. It's my word against theirs. But I would like to warn people not to stay at APX World Square, or any other APX properties. The other reviews speak for themselves. Additionally - check in was terrible, staff were rude even before my complaint, hairdryer was broken, and 'city view' looked directly into busy office space. Avoid.

If anyone else is pursuing this business for legal purposes, I would suggest World Square Operations Tc Pty Ltd (ABN 52 607 381 377, ACN 607 381 377) trustee of World Square Operations Trust (ABN 73 408 377 539) trading as APX World Square is the name of the legal entity. SPENCER BAILEY 7E5683941 Born: 01/01/1968, in INDIA was appointed director 01/10/2013. The parent company is ACCOMODATION SOLUTION PTY LTD. ACN: 153 395 263. I would recommend any potential guest to reconsider selecting this venue for accommodation. Please examine Harry Lord's review in the picture. I do not know Harry, but I recently had a serious experience as him. Separate guests, separate dates and times, but with exact behaviour on the part of the supplier, where the "victims" are unknown to one another. These attributes were recently outlined in an NSW District Court case (not against this business) , which found that when such behaviour is not isolated it fits a broader pattern of predatory conduct.
