Comfort Inn And Suites Burwood

Just checked in for a long work stay. It’s going to be a LONG 12 nights!!!! 🤮 Check in staff lovely. Cannot fault the young lady.. However… First room stank of cigarettes and fridge broken. Second room mildly better but still very low quality and cigarette smell still present. Can hear everything from other rooms too. Bed is hard as a board too. Given the choice DO NOT STAY HERE.

My wife & I spent 3 nights at the end of Sept 2025 in a studio apartment at the Comfort Inn, Burwood. The accommodation fully met our needs at what we felt was a fair price. The unit was spacious & the kitchen facilities provided were quite adequate for our purposes. The beds (and pillows) were extremely comfortable and allowed us to have a very good night’s rest. The staff - reception and housekeeping - were very helpful & polite at all times with specific mention of Natasha at reception, with whom I had the most interaction, who was exceptional. If we travel to Sydney again, we will gladly stay at the Comfort Inn Burwood again.
