This is not a fancy hotel. This is not a glamorous hotel, but it is a wonderful hotel and my preferred place to stay in Sydney. If I want a great base near all the restaurants , the train lines and the harbour this is it. Staff are always lovely. Well done for your choices management

The building is beautiful, the staff were welcoming, and the location is stunning. The rooms were small but clean, and the location was perfect for us. However, a few things let the stay down. The bathroom was tiny and clearly in need of an update. There was mould, cracked tiles, and the shower had extremely poor water pressure, which made showering frustrating. Basic amenities you would normally expect were also missing. There was no face cloth, shower cap, or body lotion provided. The minibar was empty, and I would have expected at least a bottle of water. The tea and coffee station was very minimal, and the UHT milk felt dated. For a king room priced at around $350 per night, it did not feel like good value. The property has great potential, but it needs to lift its standards to match the price point we were charged.

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in the smallest room but fit us perfectly for one night. Had great air con, comfy bed, a fridge and TV. Very well decorated and modern and lovely reception. Local to a supermarket and many cafe. Only downfalls are the room gets very light in the morning and is quite out the way of central Sydney however it’s a very lovely walk to the harbour or there’s a train station 10 mins away.
