Sebel Residence Chatswood

Have used this hotel before due to its location and previous experience. However, we recently booked to stay at Sebel Chatswood using ACCOR points. Provided Credit Card at time of checking in and $100 bond pre authorised. At check out was told £60 car parking to pay. Agreed to this. Upon return home find that £700+ has been charged to credit card. have been trying to communicate with ACCOR and hotel for over a week to get matter resolved. Hotel has failed to answer emails. Matter has nor been passed to bank who are now investigating with a view to returning our money. Advice: DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. ACCOR themselves have been next to useless in assisting to resolve this matter. I will save the other issues with this property for another post.

I booked this hotel through All Accor app. As a gold memeber, we didn’t get benefits from this hotel: no welcome drink , no early check in or late checkout etc . The room is not even ready at the guaranteed check in time. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments. Rooms are poorly cleaned and maintained. Both rooms are out of body wash, there are 6 body wash bottles in both rooms , all of them are empty. We raised issues to the Reception. She said it would be delivered, but nothing was ever provided, even by checkout. We have to go out and purchase from supermarket. What a joke!

Incredibly convenient location right next door to Westfield. Lovely lobby area. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was quite rundown and old. Needed a refurb majorly. The apartment itself was really spacious but the old and rundown furniture just made it feel slightly dirty.
