Star City

Great location, good room. Staff were great, especially David in Concierge — super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Sydney.

All aspects were very good Checking in was easy but we arrived early. Room not ready. We were told staff would contact us when ready. This did not happen. A little disappointed about this. We had a fabulous experience with another member of your staff who assisted with, luggage, directions, local know. Would like to give him a special tick for his extremely happy helpfulness. We met David at Concierge and he was a fantastic first impression for our first time at the Star. Will definitely be chosing the Star for our stays in Sydney because of him. :D
