Éléments envoyés Disapointed Good evening My experiences at swisshotel Sydney was really bad Several things were under the level it used to be in accor hotel: For example,receptionist : -told her to book for us spa as we were all the day in blue mountain excursions>> she said she can t .... -told her to move luguages to the second room as we were in excursion and came back at 5 pm>> not done about cleaning house: told cleaning woman if she can do our room>> no words ,seems we disturbing her To finish ,this morning at 6 am for check out: He said ,we have to pay 360$ for the spa>> I told him i have booked for 285$ the spa So we had to pay 285-250 =35$ only as i have 250$ credit. He said,he will update that.he did nothing in fact as i see in my account a débit of 68 euros Really,it s not a treatement of customer,worse for diamond customer. I always had a very good service in accord hotel everywhere and every years in fact Really disappointing. Cordially.

I had a wonderful first stay at the Swissôtel Sydney last year and came back with high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the previous standard. This time I didn’t have the fine service I had before, and that started right from the beginning. The greeting I received upon my arrival was poor and lacked the welcoming warmth expected from a property of this calibre. Unfortunately this chill extended to the Club Lounge, where the service was equally underwhelming. As a Platinum Plus loyalty member, I was also disappointed that I did not receive an upgrade offer on this stay. The property is well located, but the service culture needs to return to its previous high standard to truly value its loyal guests.

What a wonderful hotel. Loved the decor, friendly staff and the location is perfect. I was fortunate to be upgraded and the room was beautiful, particularly the bathroom, which was very generous in size. I only had a 1n stay but I did have dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both lovely. And the bar area, so relaxing. It’s in a very popular area so lots of people all the time, so expect to have someone bump into you at some stage when exiting the hotel. Concierge is on street level, then you take the lift to Level 8. There were enough lifts but lots of people, and it was raining, so sometimes you had to wait for a short while.
