The Castlereagh

I had such a great experience checking in last night. I arrived late, had forgotten to confirm that I was coming a night earlier before my booked stay, and was feeling super stressed. The wonderful person on front desk, May, was incredibly kind and accommodating - she found the one room that was remaining and I was able to stay the night then move into my official booking the following morning. May took the time to contact her manager, re-organise my booking, and even had capacity to engage in wonderful conversation. I have now moved into the King Deluxe suite and it is honestly just stunning. I’m so grateful and I know that my conference presentations are going to be better due to this stay!

Great location, great staff. The rooms may feel a bit small and the furniture may be a little old-fashioned, but otherwise no issues on cleanliness, service, staff. The location in CBD is excellent with walkable distance to major markets and offices.

It has the best location. Within walking distance of many of Sydney's inner city attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and not being on a major thoroughfare are nice and quiet.
