The York Sydney Serviced Apartments by Swiss-Belhotel

We in room 604 it’s ok room but so noisy might as well sleep with traffic going all you can hear is cars and trucks all night we have massively struggled to sleep we was offered a new room which was even more dated and bad quieter but old old so gutted 1st time in Australia this has been massively disappointing hotel staff are friendly but if we come again would not book this shower is so old not like pictures at all such a shame it’s has been really disappointing for us personally I wish I never booked this place I have wrote complaint to Expedia as they should advise you have to sleep like your sleeping outside with all the noise unfortunately hotel needs updated no way it’s the 4 star we are used to lucky to call that shower 2star if I am honest we here till Sunday and unfortunately this has been upsetting for us

Apart from the location its an old rough hotel. The Spa is debatable it has a hot tub and outside pool which is overlooked by offices. The-sauna was broken Everything is old and run down, the apartments are very old and tied. Our place had broken remotes, dirt and dust falling out of the bathroom vent into the bath and even after telling them they didn’t do any. Even the safe was not working and 3 days later nothing. The apartments are a good size but only has one bathroom. The up side is if you book breakfast you get to go to the Amora hotel (2 min walk)for a lovely breakfast, and see what you could have if you were not tight.

Beautiful. Clean rooms. Service amazing. A great place to stay
