Best Western The Henry Parkes

Great location for a stop-over on the New England Highway. The room we booked was set back from the road in a very quiet location. We upgraded to the King Room with Balcony and found it very comfortable and plenty of room. Another bonus was the washing machine and dryer which allowed us to freshen up all our soiled clothes. There was a special offer on the room giving excellent value. The basic kitchenette allowed preparation of a light meal without the need to go out again that night.

We made a last minute booking direct easy check in and very friendly lad at reception. Room was amazing clean everything we needed very spacious and very comfortable bed plenty of onsite parking Definitely stay again as we would love to have dinner at the restaurant…unfortunately it was closed 😏 we were recommend the Tavern but such a disappointment see you next time 👌

Great place to stay. The room isn’t modern but clean and spacious and very comfortable but the restaurant is next level. We had an American platter for two with a combination of scotch fillet, pulled slow roasted lamb shoulder and a marinated chicken with crunchy fries and salad with a bold Shiraz. It was a lovely atmosphere with lots of smaller rooms around a central fireplace with fairy lights and lovely service. Bravo guys.
