Ulladulla Holiday Village

Review for Ingenia Holiday Parks Ulladulla...if I could give 0 stars I would! We are very disappointed with our stay at Ingenia Holiday Parks Ulladulla. We booked two cabins for 4 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs, primarily because it was advertised as pet-friendly. However, we were shocked to find that pets were not allowed anywhere on the premises! We also faced issues with basic amenities; fresh towels were never provided during our three-night stay. We asked and were told they couldn't provide. Our main reason for choosing this park was the water slides, which we learned were only open from 12-1 PM on Friday and Saturday. This meant our kids missed out on that experience entirely. The accommodations were really basic and quite cold; there were no spare blankets available to keep warm. To top it off, the children and pets discovered ant poison pods in our cabins, which posed a significant safety risk for both our pets and children. Overall, we felt very let down, especially considering the high price we paid per cabin. We expected a much better experience and would not recommend this park based on our experience.

Lots of positives about this park - clean, great amenities including 2 water slides, 2 pools, 2 heated spas, sauna, gym, library, squash court, camp kitchen, fire pit and games room. We were greeted at check in warmly and informative about the local area and recommendations free flowing. Lots of walking tracks available with simply stunning scenery. A few big negatives that we faced were the size of the sites (quite a number unable to fit a van with rollout and car), the pure number of sites in a smallish area (think can of sardines) and the all day and all night noise from the highway. After a sleepless first night we purchased ear plugs from Bunnings and ended up shutting all windows in fan and running the AC. Overall an enjoyable stay but be prepared for road noise and know that you will be very very close to your neighbour. Sites 53-58 offer the most space as well as a grassed area.

What a change in experience we stayed in another inginia location night before and that was awful. This however is the complete opposite as a family of 4 we had to share the same room witch was actually nice for a change. The cabin was nice and clean and I am a sticker for clean. Under the sofas and beds where very clean this made me very happy as it proves a great turn over service unlike last resort. The heater worked so we where kept nice and toasty on a cold night. The cabin was very well presented. Although sleeping in same room for some maybe a big no no for some we actually really enjoyed it as we all went to bed early and we read bedtime stories to the kids in bed. The utilitys are clean and their is a lot on site for kids and family. Although the water slides are shut due to season it all looks fab. The only downside is the games room as had many coin operated machines that didn't work. Although that's probably an outside company we did lose a few dollars. Other than that very happy
