Best Western Charles Sturt Motor Inn

Stayed for four nights recently on business. Hotel was ok, moderately clean and had everything that was required. However the modern furniture is uncomfortable, and the vinyl flooring adds nothing to the comfort of the room. Additionally, twice during my stay housekeeping didn't lock the door properly on exiting after room servicing, so returned to an unsecured room...

Just outside the main street of Wagga Wagga this hotel is excellent. The rooms where large and catered for our family and were very clean. Parking was available just outside the room which was convenient and the staff were quite helpful at check in and check out. Cant fault the value for money

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The 2 bedroom apartment I booked was badly infested with cochroaches. When I reported the matter to the manager (Jamie), he lashed out at me instead. He was racist, discriminatory, rude, abusive and disrespectful. He said 'your kind of people will do anything for money' and he went on and on abusing me. He thought I was after money. It didn't even bother him that the apartment was so filthy despite showing him all the dead cochroaches lying there after I'd sprayed with the insecticide they provided.
