Belmore All-Suite

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel had bed bugs and both my husband and I were bitten on our legs. The kettle was extremely dirty — there were pieces of noodles stuck inside the electric kettle. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay at Belmore which is located along a quiet street and within a ten-minute walking distance to many eateries, supermarket and shopping area. This was a great base for us as we explored different parts of Wollongong and Kiama. The suite is a good size with all the necessary amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. We made good use of the kitchenette and best of all, the washing machine and thoughtfully provided clothes dryer. The housekeeping service does clear out the garbage bins every day and although we didn't need it, the towels were also changed daily. The entire apartment is fairly quiet although you do hear a lot of loud shutting of doors. I would highly recommend this value-for-money hotel if you are in Wollongong.

From the moment we entered the front door we felt welcome, Mary ( from Melbourne) was a delight and very helpful. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean, we also welcomed having a washing machine as we had been travelling for a few weeks. The apartments are situated close the both the city centre, the lighthouse,beach and a range of cafes and restaurants. We walked to most of our chosen destinations, as another reviewer mentioned plenty of free parking at the rear of the building. We enjoyed the photos of many travel/scenic spots across Australia on the walls in the corridor and rooms. Thanks for an enjoyable stay
