Cabins are very dated. However, it is difficult to update due to locality constraints. Restaurants are good, including those across the road. Beds were very comfortable. Lounges not so, but manageable. Shower was temperamental, but was sorted out after a couple of days. Trial and error! We had breakfast included during our stay which was very good. Paying for decent coffee wasn’t an issue. Wi-fi!!! This complex has Starlink, so how hard is it to extend wi-fi to the cabins? It is expected in 2026. Wi-fi in the reception area was very slow. Hopefully this will improve soon. Don’t buy a tourist SIM card if you want to hotspot … it doesn’t work. TV channels from the mainland were limited, but ok. Just an hour later from eastern Australia. Interesting to see ads from the Northern Territory and North Queensland. Can’t really complain on that front. We didn’t get SBS. Gardens were well maintained, laundry facilities were sufficient. Staff were excellent!! Ensure you get a car as part of your package deal. Watch out for cows. Not kidding! Mind you many chickens cross the roads too! Norfolk Island is very interesting and has an immense history dating back to the 1770’s.

It's functional, clean and adequately supplied with amenities and appliances. Reception staff (Maz, Helen and Karin) were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of local places and shopping. Good Meals at the Cafe, Boatshed and Bailey.
