Poinciana is a little hidden gem on Norfolk , I lived on island for over 12 mths , cleaned a lot of resorts on island , but this place has everything you want on a holiday, it was amazing stay catching up with friends, has everything you need and close to everywhere , thanks to Pete, Jackie and Mardi for a wonderful stay

Fabulous self-contained cottages with plenty of space for a couple. A great location with easy walking access to Burnt Pine and a fantastic coffee shop just a few minutes walk away with amazing pastries. Very helpful and accommodating hosts with an amazing yard.

Across the road from airport. Met on arrival by Jackie, who made us right at home. Nothing was too much trouble,even when our flight was cancelled. Lovely unit well appointed,quiet,very clean lovely view from back veranda. Close to town centre Hire car came as part of package deal.
