The staff were very pleasant and accommodating to us . Our room was basic but not uncomfortable. However the grounds and pool area including seating areas were unkempt and needed a damn good clean and overhaul. The state of the the place prevented us from using facilities. No restaurant and no laundry were available to use. We only saw 3 staff the whole time and they worked a shift system between themselves. We suggest the owner invests in the property to bring it up to date if they want to attract more tourists.

The rooms were very dirty the only thing clean the sheets and towels. I had powder already stuck from months. The toilet was leaking water. The good: The only thing that's full of mall-type shops Very high insecurity. At 1-2 a.m. neighbors staying in the next room were partying and drunk, squealing, with the music and singing The surrounding area did not provide any security. At 4 p.m. the police were frisking people and there was a person detained with the handcuffs. I knew alice springs was conflicted but not to that extent. Don't think about booking there, we were one night and looked at the opinions but said for one night nothing happens. Better pay something more and go to another better.

Responsive and friendly front office staff. Always helping us and making us feel welcome. We use the hotel board room every Sunday. Tea, coffee, hot and cold water provided. Venue is safe, always clean and family friendly. Whenever we have a need or issue, it's always sorted out within a short period of time. Vehicles are parked behind gate so it's safe. Thank you Elkira!
