Desert Gardens Hotel - Ayers Rock Resort

I stayed at Desert Gardens Hotel in Australia. The atmosphere was quite peaceful and comfortable, with gardens surrounding the hotel. The location is also convenient for visiting Uluru, and there are facilities such as a swimming pool and a shuttle around the resort. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable, although some parts looked a little old. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable, especially if your main goal is to enjoy the surroundings and visit Uluru.

too expensive for the quality of the breakfast and for everything in fact the price is excessive. ok the room is very spacious, nice garden and pool but it was too cold to swim in it. a few steps away there is a supermarket and restaurants. too much of a tourist trap for my taste although the decor is beautiful

We can’t fault our stay at Desert Gardens Hotel — everyone’s service was excellent. A special thank you to Kenneth. We noticed Kenneth was a trainee from the Indigenous program and were very impressed with the service he provided. We approached him with questions about dinner reservations, accessing the menu and the Accor rewards program. Kenneth took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed. He was friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful. Kenneth is a wonderful representative of both Desert Gardens Hotel and the Indigenous training program, and we hope his excellent customer service is recognised.
