This was the most unwelcoming accommodation we have ever stayed at. The atmosphere felt hostile from the moment we arrived. The resort is a mix of holiday rentals and permanent residents, and it was clear guests were not made to feel welcome.
After 10pm, expect a visit from security for even minor noise, along with threats of police involvement and additional charges. Families should also be aware that babies attract extra fees.
The final insult came after we checked out when we received correspondence from lawyers acting for the owners, Rod and Cathy, demanding payment for alleged damage that we absolutely dispute causing.
For the price, the resort is not even in the heart of Noosa and offers poor value for money. What should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience.
We will never return and would strongly discourage others from booking here.
