We had booked into another hotel for our trip to Brisbane, but they decided to cancel us last minute, due to them leaving the Hilton chain. I was told about this place from a family member and so booked it on their recommendation. I wasn't expecting much as it was AU$1000 cheaper for our 4 night stay than the previous hotel. Upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised by the lobby and then our room. We were on the 35th floor and so we had a great view out over the river. The room itself was clean and the décor was practical but nice and wasn't at all beaten up/scratched/ripped. We had a fully functional kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, sink, kettle with some teas and coffees + milk and microwave. There was also a washing machine and tumble drier which we made good use of during our stay. The staff on the front desk were helpful and happy to help. I really can't fault the place and will return next time I'm in Brisbane or will try their other hotels around Australia on our next visit.
