Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square

This hotel was superb . Great staff Acaymo Debbie and Andrey in the restaurant. Justin the doorman who got the Uber to pick us up directly outside. The Antler bar staff were also very welcoming. Many thanks.

We had a lovely six day stay The hotel is very close to the central City, with bus stops all very close. Every single staff member we came into contact with was polite friendly and helpful. Special mention to the front of house staff in the restaurant, the two young men on the concierge desk, and Joaquin (I think was his name) the maintenance engineer. We were impressed by the breakfasts and the restaurant was light and airy. We had a very spacious corner room. As some others have mentioned the hotel is a bit dated but this didn’t bother us. Other reviewers mentioned difficulty with the air con. My only suggestion to management is that you have some instructions on how it works in the room. It would have saved Joaquin a trip to explain it to us.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Goldfinch Restaurant at Pullman Brisbane King George Square. The food was superb fresh, well prepared, and enjoyable for the whole family. A special thank you to Carol from the front of house, who was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help with our picky eater daughter, which we truly appreciated. Her genuine smile and the way she greeted not just us but everyone made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for both the food and the outstanding service.
