The moment we walked into our 'hotel' room, it was total disappointment! To name a few of the problems: smelly, dusty, dark, half of lights not working, Wifi not working, door broken, run down ......! According to the information provided in the room, this is a residence + hotel property. This is not a 100% servicing hotel. Hence some of the flats are occupied by tenants/owners and don't expect standard hotel service. We hardly saw any 'hotel staff'. There was a lady working in the office, but she was not there full time. We feel that it is a scam for what they are trying to advertise! For what we paid, it was totally not worth it. The only advantage of this place is the location. That's all!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it looked nothing like their photos. I do not recommend people stay here. There were so many things wrong with the place that I lost track. The kitchen bench and various surfaces throughout the apartment were so unclean and sticky that we immediately went to the store and purchased cleaning products. We scrubbed everything we could, but there was just so much we could do in a night. We retched at seeing leftover food in the microwave from the last guests. The oven was barely better with coatings of food juices baked into its interior surfaces and trays. More leftovers were found in the fridge. The freezer was badly in need of defrosting. What else? There were copious amounts of dust on the drapery and surfaces — even on the roof! Various hairs were found throughout the apartment and in drawers. Fittings for doors and cupboards were loose, missing, or broken. For some reason the elevators and hallways smelled like thirdhand cigarette smoke, especially on the 5th floor. Given all this, we asked to check out early with a refund for the remaining nights. Was offered a different room with different problems instead. Still had mold in the shower and surfaces were greasy or sticky. I felt forced to accept on the basis that it was a very slight improvement in cleanliness and it didn't otherwise seem likely the manager would do the right thing by letting us leave without taking our money. The two women staffing the place were genuinely empathetic and showed sympathy. It’s clear, the blame for the problems with this aparthotel are 100% with the management as a direct consequence of running things on the dirt cheap. They need to invest real money into maintenance and quality work rather than the photoshop nonsense that they use to draw suckers like me in.

I must have been mistaken i thought we were booking into a 4 star hotel.. we arrived after 5 which is not staffed. The intercom outside did not work... the after hours number directed us to a call centre... 15 minutes later tired and with all our luggage still standing on the street when a guest let us into the lobby. From there we were able to use the after hours checkin but that was not a great start to say the least. Things went down hill from there. We had no blind in our room... so the city lights and the early morning light were unable to be blocked out. The mattresses were so incredibly hard and uncomfortable. A cushioned pillow top or mattress topper would help but for me quality sleep is number 1. There were a couple of stains on one of the sheets. You need to empty all rubbish yourself more serviced apartment than 4 star hotel... and wash up your glasses yourself which in times of covid I question how hygienic that would be and it also explains the lipstick marks on the wine glasses. There was a fair bit of dust around the lamp and behind the bed. The location is very noisy after a poor nights sleep due to the mattress we were woken up at 7am with loud smashing and crashing noises. Sorry I hate to leave bad reviews but I did not enjoy my stay at all.
