No manned reception at weekend. Called out of hours. Said they had no record of my booking. How can you not know who is staying in your building? Referred back to booking.com who confirmed booking. Sent location of a lock box with code to get apartment key. Lock box about 200 yards away on different street attached to a wire fence with 15 other lock boxes and nothing to identify which was yours. You couldn't make it up. Eventually after trying code in 1/2 of the boxes found my key. Hotel advises of gym and pool but no information about which floor to find them and no staff to ask. Stress I didn't need. Definitely NOT 4-star and doesn't look at all as nice as the photos. The room was clean, mattress alright and location great for the convention centre, but that's about it. The air-con didn't work on the cooling or heating function. My colleague had the same issue in another room. I had to open the window for cool air, but that made the room really noisy. My mattress was two singles joined however the ridge in the middle was very noticeable and incredibly uncomfortable. No servicing of room for the 3 night stay (my fault though as I didn't check when I booked. The staff were friendly and helpful though and did provide fresh towels on request. It was old and dated. I'd never stay there again.

We have stayed here a few times in a 1 bedroom apartment and thought it was great, but just stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with friends and would never stay in the 2 bedroom again, the bathroom in the master bedroom is terrible, NO PRIVACY AT ALL... also only gave us 1 key ! Would stay again but only in the 1 bedroom. Rooms are bright and very clean, location is great and parking excellent.
