Great location. Host Brad could not have done more. Apartment was spotless with everything we needed to make our stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Brad.

We had a wonderful relaxing experience at Bila Vista. Our apartment was excellently appointed, super comfortable bed and the living area was a good size, complete with novels, board games and travel books. The artwork on the wall was fabulous. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The verandah was sizeable, easily fitting 2 people with room for more guests. The kitchen had everything you would want to cook up a storm down to a European kettle & toaster! The communication from our host Brad was top notch and nothing was left to chance. The position of Bila Vista is a short stroll to the world famous Gold Coast beaches and the North Kirra Surf Life Saving Club. The pool and spa is a great alternative if you don't feel like making it to the beach. Being a totally secure apartment block it is great value option for a short or long getaway, whatever takes your fancy. While there was some building going on nearby during our stay the noise from the site did not detract from the overall appeal. I will certainly be returning to Bila Vista; a great value find.

A great location as only a block back from a patroled beach , easy to locate from coming south in NSW via Wayz , our unit was very well fitted out , a great floor plan with a balcony enabling breakfast here overlooking the pool through a thick grove of palm trees , only several blocks up from Tugun shops that includes an IGA , bakery , many food choices , a tavern . We were able to receive home delivery of take out food and also to prep are our own meals . Most of all Brad the complex manager could not have been more helpful or obliging . When he read my email questioning access to the unit and no lift available offered his assistance for when we arrived On arrival and after check in he appeared to assist with luggage up the stairs!
