Great spot close to shops, beach and a couple of pubs. Good for some peace and quiet. Unfortunately there is construction next door, blocking views, but the room was well decorated and comfortable. Friendly staff and close to public transport. Highly recommend!

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. I checked in late, at which time the reception was already closed. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by its condition — the carpet was heavily stained, the bed had collapsed with no support, and the general cleanliness was unacceptable. Unfortunately, since reception was closed, I had no option but to stay the night under these conditions. The next morning, reception did not open until 9:00 AM, and needing to leave earlier, I left the keys in the room. I attempted to exit the carpark but discovered that a key was required to do so. When I called the provided number for assistance, I was told I would be charged $50 to be let out. This is not only unreasonable but also a significant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) risk. There appears to be no emergency exit or manual override on the basement carpark door. In the event of a fire, power outage, or other emergency, this could pose a serious risk to guests’ safety. Being effectively trapped in a carpark unless you pay to exit is completely unacceptable.

The room was on the 3rd floor. It faced the main road. Unfortunately road works are going on at the moment and they work through the night. Was a little noisy but got use to it. The room itself was large and had a sofa, dining table and a kitchenette. Useful if staying longer. It served our purpose of 1 night. Once the Road works are finished this is a very convenient accommodation.
