The location was ok if you have a car and can drive to the wharf for trips or to other attractions. However, parking can be problematic - there are few off street parking places. The pool is extensive and makes for a pleasant view. The rooms have limited facilities - a small, non smart t.v., no toaster or microwave and no cafe on site. Lucky there is a great cafe in Raintrees centre - across the road. However, Palm Royale was good value and basically - you get what you pay for!

Great budget hotel for quick stay overs. Clean and tidy. Beautiful pools and close to all shops

We only stayed here one night but the staff was so friendly and helpful - it made the place stand out! Our luggage was delayed, so we had to pick it up from the airport at 11pm. We were leaving early the next morning and needed to do laundry before departing. The laundry room at this hotel is generally closed after 9pm, but when we explained our situation, they made an exception for us. A security guard let us in and out of the room multiple times until we had finished our laundry around 1:30am. In addition, the room was clean and spacious, parking was very easy, and the location was a convenient to the airport.
