Zanzoo Retreat

We booked Zanzoo for a big family get together for July 2021 and then... lockdown. We were devastated, but the service we received from Lizzie and the team was outstanding and they helped out with our refund via Airbnb. We will definitely be booking again as soon as we can escape from NSW. So very disappointed - but would recommend based solely on friendly nature of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure happy clients. Can't wait to visit in person.

Visited with 3 mums and 3 teenager boys. The boys and the mums had their own rooms and bathrooms and 3 sunrooms. Super spacious, beautiful details in the well maintained home. Surrounded by amazing tropical landscape and creek running the length of the property. Beautiful and relaxing. Close to Crystal Cascade Falls. Wonderful place to stay.

Set on beautiful grounds next to a river, this fabulous converted Queenslander offers a perfect blend of activity (tennis, swimming, walking) and relaxation. Catering perfectly for our large extended family group spanning generations, the property is spacious enough to allow everyone to come together while affording private corners when required. There is plenty to do locally and easy access to supermarkets for supply runs. Crystal Cascades, a mere 3k or so away, where we swam under a waterfall, was a personal highlight, as were the riverside walks alongside excellent paths.
