Fairseas Apartments Caloundra

The location is perfect, Golden Beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned properly between guests. The floors were dirty, there were dirty towels and in the kitchen no bin bags or detergent. Luckily there are shops close by and there are washing facilities in the apartment. The description states that there is air conditioning but this is only in the sitting room. The two bedrooms were hot and stuffy.

Room 13, on the third floor, no lift, but manageable, with a couple of trips up. 5 nights, 21st - 26th July.Confusing messages from Booking.com, the apartments have new managers, who are making an effort. Cleaning could have been better and there were some maintenance items, none of which spoilt our stay. There is public transport , but a car is needed. The lockup garage was good. Free WIFI, but only if you are with Telstra

Never again, only good thing was the managers 4 doors down - exceptional service. Don’t waste your money staying here. Much better around here for the same price. Very disappointed :( what place doesn’t have air conditioning, kids were not impressed having Foxtel working one minute than out then next. The plug to the tv sparks when charging trying to get Foxtel to work. Very dangerous.
