Accessible room 1101 had dreadful access. On a dog-leg with a firm door-closer, it was impossible for a sole wheelchair user to use. The bathroom, while OK, had metal pipes under the vanity sink (could burn if legs touched the pipes). The aircon, which was useless, was too high for a wheelchair user to access. Not a very navigable room for power wheelchair users. The Cart (cafe) is not easily accessible. The pool area is impossible to access by a wheelchair user. Reception is not accessible. The laundry is not accessible. The staff are attentive.

Loved the one bedroom apartment and had an amazing time in the pool! They have big bean bags you can relax on and the pool bar serves to the pool area. Loved it!

This property is jaded and disappointingly shabby, very 1960s Steep stair climbs to rooms. Room smells musty and lets in rain water. Shower over narrow bath, dysfunctional door locks and generally worn out. Don’t stay here. You can do better elsewhere
