Outrigger Twin Towns Resort

This review is in honour of Yasmin at the front desk. My husband surprised me with a last minute booking for Mothers Day and we had a few hiccups through booking.com but Yas was so kind and caring it took a lot of stress away and I had the loveliest restful weekend. We are local so this was already a treat and now we want to book the whole family in for the Christmas holidays as its honestly perfect for young families!

Having stayed at several other Mantra hotels in the past, we were pleased to see that this hotel maintained the standard we have experienced. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite as we had a sick relative join us for the weekend. The rooms were well presented, with comfortable beds and ensuites for both rooms. There were some minor things that need attention, which we advised n check out (a couple of the window locking handles had corroded due to the sea air and need replacing). These didn't detract from the quality of the unit and the views from our 13th floor were wonderful. Everything you need is within a short walk, from food outlets, supermarket, chemists, etc. and the beach is a few minutes as well. If you're looking for somewhere that's lively and active, this is a good choice. With a walkway across to the Twin Towns RSL Club, this is an ideal place to stay if you're here to catch a show or enjoy the other amenities close by.

Room was dirty, very dated and bed was uncomfortable. Even though there is on site parking and it’s within walking distance of the beach and restaurants on the main street of Coolangatta we would not stay there again.
