Alexander Holiday Apartments

After booking this hotel online i thought i would read the reviews. After reading i was very worried. What a surprise we got from the time we checked in, (after hours) the friendly onsite manager quickly sorted us out we were straight into a 2 bedroom unit on high floor. Everything was clean great facilities. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very comforting. The view from the large windows was very nice. Would had given a 5 star if it was cleaner. There are too much black mold in the bathrooms plus the refrigerator & furniture were dirty. The cleaning team needs more training.

Great location, very close to beach and a welcoming surf club. We stayed on 3rd floor in a one bedroom apartment. The bed was very comfortable, however the room was very tired and in need of renovation. Holes in curtains, broken table and old furniture were disappointing to the eye upon arrival. The room was clean and had a small balcony with a nice view of pleasant pool and gardens and a glimpse of the ocean. Our friends stayed on the 12th floor and said their room was very nice and they were highly impressed. Didn’t get to see it but recommend anyone staying here to ask about individual room conditions first. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gardens, pool and tennis court were all beautifully maintained. Only a short walk of about a kilometre and were we right in the middle of Surfers Paradise shopping mall. Overall I would recommend that if you want to stay here check on individual room conditions before you book.
