We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room was old, poorly maintained, dirty, and so noisy that it was difficult to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. It also bore very little resemblance to the photos and description used to advertise the property, which was misleading. After we complained, the hotel accepted that our experience was unacceptable and agreed to issue a refund. Unfortunately, that is where the good customer service ended. It has now been over a month, and despite numerous follow-up emails, we still haven’t received our money. We are repeatedly told that Head Office is processing the refund, but no one can provide any confirmation or even an estimated timeframe. It’s incredibly frustrating that the hotel has acknowledged its failings and promised to make things right, yet continues to delay the refund. The way our complaint has been handled has left an even worse impression than the stay itself. Based on both our experience at the hotel and the lack of accountability afterwards, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom ocean view corner suite on a high floor. We didn't need to use a car to get around as the location was so close to shops, restarants, transport and airport. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really had a relaxing time and would definitely be back. It was brilliant to walk across the road to the beach. The on-site tennis court was fantastic, as was the pool and spa. Supermarket was just a 5 minute walk. Big shout out to Lisa on front desk who helped us during our stay.

Centrally located, clean and well managed. Opposite the beach, if you were to complain second bedroom is on the small size. Little room to move around a double bed. All other facilities first class.
