Wonderful warm welcome from the Manager, check in went smoothly and was the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, we had book a superior 2 bed apartment. It was lovely and well laid out and provided with everything you can think off. We used the indoor pool area, mainly the jacuzzi which was lovely. A leisurely 10 minute stroll along the front to the shopping area or a 2 minute walk to the nearest tram made it a great location. We have stayed a few times and will be staying again on our next trip.

Next time you’re squeezing into a tiny hotel room on Cavill Ave, think of me sliding down the Regent waterslide with 270 degrees of ocean views and enough floor space to start a cult. My engagement numbers don't lie

We had a 12th floor apartment with ocean views which was great for the New Years Eve fireworks. Overall a good apartment in a great location but unfortunately it's the small things that make the difference between good and great. On entering the apartment floor tiles sticky, ensuite light not working [replaced immediately], fridge crisper draw and bottom door bottle shelf broken & unusable, both toilet flush buttons stick and NO WIFI and hasn't been for 18 months.
