Comfort Inn Goondiwindi

Complained about faulty aircon in room 10 on 41C day and was treated with absolute contempt by managers. She called us liars and he became abusive and aggressive in our room. Worst customer service in 40 years of travelling. We wanted to stay in the town longer but felt uncomfortable around these nasty people so left

After 6.5 hrs driving this place was an Oasis, great young couple do anything for you and definitely the best bed I slept in for my whole 8500 k's and shower Very clean fully stocked great tv, could not find fault will stay again cheers and thank you for a great stay and I wish you well Mick Keily

Very clean and tidy rooms. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Excellent shower and toilet. Great location close to lots of food outlets and very central. Very friendly and helpful staff/management. We will stay here on our next return.
