Hamilton Island Beach Club

Stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect, as it’s close enough to walk or take a buggy without it being noisy. It’s got everything you need to make it a home away from home, there’s nothing that isn’t provided. A buggy is included with the room and the owner collects you from the airport and drops you off. Perfect for a couples retreat.

David met us at the airport with our buggy and showed us the main points of the resort before helping us up to the apartment. The view from the 13th floor balcony over cat’s eye beach was fantastic. The apartment was well set up, spacious and very comfortable for our stay. David was friendly and quick to fix any small issue and answer any questions we had. We found the walking tracks to be well marked and great fun and there was a large choice of swimming pools available including a luxurious heated spa. Eating on a budget was easy with shopping at the IGA and a well set up kitchen but a selection of restaurants and take away options was also available. Activities varied from jet boating to go karts with a highlight being our snorkelling with the turtles just off the beach. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week.
