Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

Rubbish (empty coke bottle) from previous guests found on the verandah. Verandah was filthy, glass not cleaned, scum/moss on the tile grout and dirt everywhere else, not even a simple sweep/mop. Interior carpet was also a massive let down, covered in stains and well overdue for a basic shampoo clean. Poached eggs for breakfast were so over cooked they were literally hard boiled and solid as a rock. For a 5 star hotel, this was a shameful experience. Regardless of price paid for the “suite” (which was $500+ per night), in that condition, it was extremely disappointing. Noteworthy however was the outstanding customer service from all staff. Unfortunate and lame generic response received from the Hotel General Manager regarding feedback.

I stayed here for two nights. As an Accor Gold member I was treated anything but. Room 513 had a ripped lounge, one blind didn't open or close, the shower on the rail kept falling down. I had another booking which I promptly cancelled on checkout. Not 5 star and not worth your Accor membership.

Could not fault the accommodation at this hotel. Our water view room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed but the view was the best part- it was outstanding! Breakfast at Merchant Cafe was delicious and plentiful. Reception staff were polite and informative, advising us to dine across the road at another Accor hotel on the nights Tamarind at the Pullman was closed. The one and only negative was the lack of service at Soy Kitchen causing us to walk out.
