Coral Sea Resort

My wife and I stayed at Coral Sea Resort from 6 - 12 July 2026. The facilities are very modern and clean, and the Resort has magnificent views across Airlie Marina and the Coral Sea. Our room had a Spa Bath on the balcony, which provided a relaxing way to end the day. The cleaners do a terrific job and our room was immaculately serviced daily. The Resort is a short walk (1.5km) from everything you need in Airley Beach. The restaurant does a relaxing breakfast and drinks and snacks are easily ordered while sitting around the pool. The best thing about the Resort is the staff. Everyone at breakfast is friendly and the bar staff are terrific, and always up for a chat. The lovely staff at the front desk are also excellent, very knowledgeable of the area and are great ambassadors for the resort. We're already planning on going back!

Good room and beautiful view. Solo! Still if you are lucky good time pq if not even that. The hotel simply has nothing to do. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired , is included but very basic options , everything you have to pay too much . I won't come back! Happy hour the kitchen closes, had live music propraganda that didn't have. We arrived from a walk and had to eat machine chips pq had no choice. There is no programming or fitness area. Either you look at the sea or you look at the sea, that is what made it all worth!

My husband and I stayed at this resort in June, 2026. in an Ocean view Deluxe Room ( room 239). The resort is a beautiful with truly million dollar view. our room was clean, well maintained and everything appeared attractive and well presented. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with noise during our stay. Late in the evening , we began hearing footsteps and other sounds coming from room directly above us. the noise was clearly audible and continued whenever the upstairs room was occupied . The only quiet periods were when that room was vacant. We believe the problem may be due to inadequate sound insulation between the floors, as normal movements from the room above could be heard very clearly, This affected our ability to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. While the resort itself is lovely, we hope management will address this issue to improve quest comfort in the future.
