Good location, central to everything on Hastings Street. Nicely presented apartment with comfortable bed.

Apartment 24 was clean, cool and comfortable and well appointed, The wifi worked. Loved the body products, which felt luxurious and smelled amazing. The pool was pristine. Location was fantastic, with an entrance right onto Hastings street. Loved the restaurants and shops. Our apartment was quiet and relaxing despite its proximity to Hasting’s street during peak season. The patrolled beach, in front of the Surf Club, was across the road. The scenic walkway to Noosa National park was not much further away. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

WARNING- Don't book the 2 bedroom superior apartments! There is only one nice one, the rest is not what is photographed. The standard rooms are better! We were in apartment 2604 on the 4th floor overlooking 20 rubbish bins on the street that get emptied at 4.30 am every morning. The restaurants were placing their empties into it all night, so our sleep was constantly interrupted . We paid extra for the 2 bedroom SUPERIOR apartment for four nights. When we walked in we were speechless and almost cried. As we walked over the sticky carpet to look around, we noticed the dining table, totally disgusting and the wire chairs had random cushions placed on them (not chair cushions), there were so discoloured and filthy, we removed them and took them straight to reception. They were shocked. So we had to sit on exposed wire framing for our stay. The fridge was rusty and the cupboards, smellie and musty. The cutlery drawer was a health hazard, we had to remove all cutlery and wash the plastic thing they sit in. The decor was old, tacky and shabby. The bathrooms were not modern. It was a horrid apartment and we immediately contacted management to check that they had given us a superior one. They said yes, its not our fault, its what the owners deem as superior. That is rubbish- management took our booking 5 months early and PLACED us in that apartment. They need to take responsibility for booking us in it. I own a 5 star rated air BNB in Auckland and know what standard to expect. For a superior apartment, the decor should be beautiful, the bathrooms and kitchen spotless and modern and for goodness sake, a COFFEE machine! not 4 sachets of cheap instant coffee. I also believe that when charging a premium, at least provide beach towels complimentary. It felt very penny pitching and a tourist trap. Yes its on the main Hastings strip, but so are at least 10 other hotels/apartments. Look elsewhere, its not worth the risk of getting the apartment we got!
