Sunseeker is in a fabulous location; a short drive to Noosa heads, a lovely walk down to the beach (maybe a bit steep for some) and an easy stroll to restaurants and cafes. The apartment (6) was spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Sadly cleanliness was severely lacking. It would appear as though basic maintenance and upgrades of the complex are lacking too. We sadly had a hot water pipe burst on our 4th night (lack of a good maintenance programme as the pipe was clearly rusting). The manager was an hour away. We were able to turn the water off from the hot water cylinder but we felt very unsupported that night. A chap came and gave us some towels to dry the floor (no help to lay them out and remove then after they were soaked). The next day the staff were fantastic in sorting out the problem. In the mean time all ceiling electrics stopped working. That too was fixed in a very timely manner. We were left feeling partly to blame though because when you opened the blinds they hit the ceiling fan. A very easy fact to forget. The pool was lovely but surely maintenance could realise that the pair of undies that had been out there since we arrived were not going to be reclaimed! nor the clumps of tissue. Mouldy sun loungers - no thank you.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and were extremely disappointed. The apartment was disgustingly dirty and clearly not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was heavy dust accumulated on ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. The bedding had visible stains on pillows and blankets, and we found other people’s hair, which was very distressing. Due to the condition of the apartment, we couldn’t stay even 15 hours. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation in Noosa and check out early. And cope the last minute booking during peak season was out of pocket more than what we budgeted for. There was no staff available during check-in or check-out, and despite raising our concerns, we received no response and no refund for the first night which was a stressful and sleepless night To make matters worse, the toilet was infested with ants—to the point where it was unusable. We could not sit on it. This is especially concerning for families travelling with children, as the apartment was very unhygienic. We will never stay here again and would strongly advise others, particularly families, to avoid this property. The standards were completely unacceptable. We asked for free cancelation and refund for a one night that we paid prior our arrival this request was also declined - no response to booking.com complaints raised few hours after our arrival.

Avoid apt 12. Unclean and apart from kitchen area- in big need of a good clean and a Reno. Pictures attached. Dining table unacceptable. Also false advertising what was booked to what we got. Pictures a mash up of different apartments. I will post the pictures and you choose whether you would be happy to stay here. Disappointing.
