Montpellier Boutique Resort

Recently stayed at Montpellier Resort in June 2025. We had a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment. The staff were lovely & very helpful. There was everything supplied u could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool & spa area is gorgeous & very quiet & relaxing. Was a wonderful place to stay close to shops & restaurants along the river & close walking distance to Noosa. A bonus that the Qld transit network was only 50c a trip. Love love loved this relaxing holiday.

Quiet , clean and comfy but - Not a boutique by any stretch of the imagination. Perhaps 25 years ago it was - but after checking in, we reported the toilet was not flushable and water constantly running; oven door not close able; shower screeching when in (loudly); door handles loose ; front door lock loose (and didn’t feel secure). It was clean and beds comfy and it was quiet. The reception lady was not available during our stay.

A complete lack of property management. We stayed for 27 days but only managed to have the apartment serviced twice - and then only after we visited the office and emailed the managers. The apartment itself was spacious and well placed for morning sun; unfortunately it was not well cleaned prior to our arrival and we had to clean all kitchen surfaces and drawers after moving in. Also, the lounge and dinning furniture that requires cleaning too. The cutlery drawers were broken and had hairs in one of them. The surfaces of the lounge furniture all required cleaning. Is was difficult to discuss with the office as this was often unattended and text messages were not replied to. We stayed in apartment 13 which requires a lot of refurbishment to bring it up to a good standard. Apart from that, the apartment is located in a very good location. 50m from the Noosa River and restaurants along the riverside.
