Beautiful setting and excellent rooms. Spa was also good. However, service in the restaurant was truly awful for 3 out of the 4 meals I had there. Our waitress was more interested in telling her life story than in serving us. The resort badly needs a restaurant manager.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever had lunch. The restaurant overlooks the Mossman River and it’s a sublime setting. The menu, while brief, was perfectly weighted and we left satisfied. The price I thought was good value. I’m going back again.

Me and my wife booked two nights in the Silky Oaks Lodge, Daintree forrest. We absolutely loved every second there. The location is stunning, great atmosphere, rooms are super clean and luxury. And it's so peaceful and quiet, just the way we like it. It's by far the best resort in Australia, if you ask us. The staff are so friendly, smiling and they have time for a chat during breakfast or dinner. They love to know where you're from and what you think about the resort and more. The food is outstanding good! We were blown away when we got our dinner menu with a surprise also. Everything is done to perfection. It's like going to a Michelin star restaurant. Instead of giving 5 stars, they will get 6 stars instead. We have memories, we will never forget, and we will tell our friends and family about the resort. We highly recommend Silky Oaks Lodge.
