It was okay in a very nice location. We booked a water view room for $270 per night for nights. Our 2nd floor unit did not have much of a water view. The restaurant next door was more in the view. Higher up rooms should have an improved view. The bed was as very shakey when the other person rolled over. The AC was in the main living area but not in the bedroom which meant the door needed to stay open. Along the apartment interior hallway, the curtains were not blackout so quite a bit of light from the next door hotel (Rumba Hotel?) illuminated the living area and the bed room because you needed to leave door open due to the AC. Suffice it to say, it was not a dark apartment hotel unit. The location is great. The staff friendly. The unit was spacious. Very close to the beach. I would have like a little better and should have been willing to pay more.

Disappointing. Our “water view” room looked nothing like the pix on their website. We looked directly out at the roof of the restaurant next door. When out on the balcony, we could smell the grease/kitchen vent. BRIGHT security lights from adjacent apt complex lit up our room like daylight at night making it difficult to sleep. Big closet with a long rack to hang clothes, then zero coat hangers provided. Liked the Caloundra beach area, but will stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent location. Very close to "Tides" restaurant. Very close to the beach and beach walks and all cafes. Excellent front of house service.
