We did not have a good experience in this “hotel”. It was actually classified as a hotel on hotels.com but definitely cannot be classified as such. There is no kind of daily cleaning service and they even require the guest to take out their own garbage at the exit of the accommodation. Another aggravating thing is that I didn't feel safe in this lodging. The same key would open the entrance door of the building and the door of the bedroom... which led me to wonder if the same key would not open absolutely all the rooms of the building. Thus, anyone who was staying there could enter our room to steal things while we were gone or do something with us while we were gone. Oh, bad! If that was not enough, to be able to access the room after 17:00 I had to dictate my credit card number on the street, on the phone, with other people listening, because they said that without it they would not release the key. I asked to give the card at the reception the next day, since my diaries were already fully paid and I did not find it safe to talk all the card data in the middle of the street with other people around, but they were very rude and said they would not release the room without the card number. A stay of about $400 a day that's not even worth half that. I do not recommend

The pros: Quiet, good water pressure, very nice size for the price. Comfortable bed. Whirlpool bath was a BIG plus. Nice terrace. Beach towels available to rent. The cons: No microwave and nowhere to eat except the terrace which, if it is raining, is a big problem. You'd literally have to take the tables and chairs into the (quite large) bathroom. Overall the room was a bit run-down: 2 of the whirlpool jets didn't work, dirty curtains, etc. But we really did enjoy our stay.

This hotel was more like an Airbnb with no customer service. Does not accommodate early check in, charges $120 for room lockouts, spa dos not have hot water, no staff on site to help during Christmas holidays as business hours are only a few hours in the morning. I will never stay here again.
