Quality Inn Centre Point

Very Disappointing-nothing is delivered, everything is below par, nothing meets the description, seriously, best this revised as a below budget, horrible sub-par disaster masquerading as a 4 star motel, conference centre, promoting a restaurant executive rooms and breakfast, well here's the reality!. Yes its accessible on a noisy main road, no sound insulation, yes it looks flash from the street, inside, its a plain brick ghetto, reception is low key, sure a new manager, yet joviality does not provide value, staff have no idea of your booking selection, just hand you a key, oh, wrong standard, " well we don't allocate", its up to the agent", then the rom, we booked Executive king, the highest room, the highest rate, we were given a key to an upstairs room, a queen bed, dirty carpet, smelly, reception on request handed a key to an "executive king", however it was far from executive!. Dirty smelly carpet, no Bedside lamps, no comforts of decor, uber basic, Spartan and the extra single said King Family, not Executive King!, Old decor 70's ish, cracked basin, empty pump lotion and gels in bathroom, dirty cistern bowl., sadly this offering is claimed to be 4 star+, its less than 2. Very disappointing and frankly it should not be open. Now for the rest, advertised with a restaurant, its long since closed, charged for included breakfast, there is none, nothing, not even an apology. Bottom line please do your self a favour and avoid like the plague. I've stayed in hundreds of accommodations across the World and this approaches the worst of the worst!.

Room carpet was filthy and smell ed if stale urine. Large room,hard bed. No restaurant and no sign to say no longer serving, no breakfast, not even a continental one. Access to other food sources was in walking distance. New manager, no milk for tea and coffee. Had been cleaned but the carpet needs more than a vacuum, it needs a good deep clean or replacement otherwise good position and good size room

AVOID! I am gobsmacked at how we’ve been treated after booking here. We arrived after hours and were told to call the after hours number on the door. We tried for 20 minutes using three different phones and couldn’t get through to anyone. We had to leave and try to find another motel (after 14 hours driving with 2 kids). Went back to next morning to get a refund and there was no apology, no explanation and no refund. We’re told it had to go through head office. It’s now been 6 weeks of trying to get our refund - no reply to emails or phone calls. Absolutely appalling customer service. I’m more upset by that than the fact we don’t have our money back yet. Avoid this place at all costs.
