I really wanted to love this stay because the location is perfect and the rooms themselves are okay/decent for the price. But there is a major catch: the air conditioning. Calling it AC is a stretch when it's limited to 2-hour increments. I spent my entire night waking up in a sweat to reset the timer. It’s impossible to get any rest here. Great view, but not worth the sleep deprivation.

We stayed in a 2 roomed beach view apartment on the 11th floor. For a couple this was a huge amount of space. There was a full kitchen and a laundry with a washer, drier and clothes airer. Check in was easy, all team members we spoke to were helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed although there were a few maintence issues that could be addressed to make the stay perfect. We hired pool/beach towels for a small fee and utilised the indoor spa. The overall facilities of the hotel were good and included a dedicated car park. The outdoor areas were well maintained and tidy. The location was perfect with the beach across the road. Even with the cyclone damage the beach was beautiful. The area was reasonably quite, there were good resturants and cafe close by. Public transport was just around the corner. Overall the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in 4C, an ocean view room, for the Gold Coast 500 weekend. Great location for the race but also close to Cavill Avenue for shopping etc. The unit is huge, good sized kitchen, large dining room and lounge area easily accommodates 6 people. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry all a good size. Main bedroom bedding was comfortable. Well maintained and clean. Nice view from the balcony, but it is only small, good for 2 people.
