I don’t know where to start. These rooms are a health hazard. The smell as soon as you walk in flipped between stale, rotten carpets and egg like water sitting in the drains. Then the filthy walls, frayed carpets, ants on the bed, dirty finger marks, no bed linen other than sheets, TV that didn’t work. I have traveled the world and stayed in better places out in the depths of Egypt back packing. This was all for $450 a night WTF!!! Worse of all, the smoke alarms are covered in plastic 🤦‍♀️ Guys get these rooms off the internet.

We made the mistake of paying for two nights before seeing the room. I have never felt so dirty in a room before. My children didn’t even want to shower there because they said they would feel dirtier after being in that shower. There was no carpet leading up to our room, rubbish all up the hallway. Filthy walls. Then opened the door and the stale stench of filth wafted out. Everywhere I looked was so dirty. The bathroom grout was black and ‘growing’. The toilet had not been cleaned and the tiles had urine on them. The beds had a sheet and the blankets were in the cupboard but smelt like dirty mould and they were crunchy. The oven had never been cleaned and the microwave was appalling and stank so badly. The couch was too dirty to sit on. I couldn’t make a coffee because the inside of the jug was disgusting. We did ask to move rooms but the lady at the desk apologised and said none of the rooms are any better. After looking at the photos on here I would say our room was much worse. When we went to pack up our food the next day the fridge had leaked all over our food and ruined it. My socks were black after walking on the floor and it was sticky and tacky. It was obvious that only the sheets had been changed and no cleaning had taken place. The doors outside didn’t open well and the curtains had food splashed all over them. To be honest this ruined our holiday. This holiday had been 6 years in the making and staying here really sucked. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate. There must be some kind of standard??

Paid $360 for one night. Floors were not vacuumed grass on the floor next to the couches. Long black hair on the plates, I have red not mine. More black hair in the shower. Room smelt like vomit powder. Only one towel 3 of us staying, go and get towel from reception. Old furniture in the room. No balcony , I would have paid $130 for that room if I was aware. Def not $360 what a joke.
