Budds Beach Apartments

The apartment is 550m from Cavill Av. Very convenient for shopping, eating out. The position is quiet. Definitely value for money. Very clean and roomy for 2. Free parking, free wi-fi and Foxtel available.

The location is excellent and great value for money, just know that you need to bring everything (bring extra toilet paper!). Walking distance to most attractions and downtown Surfers. There is no real reception and the hours that they are there are sporadic at best, so don't expect customer service. The bed in the apartment I stayed in (12) was a double, not a queen as advertised.

Although it is a little outdated, you just can't beat this price in Surfer's Paradise. Apartment 30 is a corner one bedroom apartment, so a lot of windows. And you have your own amenities to do laundry! 5 minutes walk to Coles, a couple minutes more to the beach. Perfect for couples on a budget, for instance a backpacking couple in need of some privacy. Factor in that laundry is free, as opposed to paying at a hostel!
