Kupari Boutique Apartments

Booked this place last minute, reasonably priced considering we booked in peak season. The room was neat and tidy and the location was fantastic, very close to everything. We had a fantastic view and Phil who worked at this hotel was very accommodating to all requirements. The only downfall was the wifi which we could only access from the balcony. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again! Highly recommend!

Stayed in Kupari apartments for approximately 4 months while studying in the Gold Coast and was really happy with the place which was clean and tidy and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms and a beautiful sea view. Whenever a problem came up the landlord Phil was really helpful and quick with sorting things out! :) The apartment is literally on the beach, 2 minute walk to tram stop and 5 minute walk to the city center. From Surfers paradise you can easily reach most parts of the gold coast and find beautiful little spots. I would definitely stay again!

This place needs a shake up. Building Manager didnt seem to do much at all. Reception was hardly ever open and the lift was in a bad state. Only went into the basement car park a couple of times but it was cluttered with old furniture and not clean. Great location, loved the area and the room was ok. Mostly occupied by permanent residents.
